Reservation and Refund Policy

ADVANCE RESERVATION FEE/Deposit (#1)

$100.00 is due to hold an RV Site, $300 for a Park Model Rental when an Advance Reservation is made.  This is a fee/deposit that will be added to your Guaranteed Deposit when YOU CALL 30 days prior to guarantee (pay for) your scheduled reservation with the remainder of the first months rent.  If you do not call or if you cancel, this fee/deposit is not refundable.

TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION/OR TO CANCEL

  • 30 DAYS PRIOR to scheduled arrival... You MUST remember to call!!!!

  • If you do not contact us before or 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to pay the remainder of your deposit or to CANCEL, we will automatically delete your RESERVATION on the 29th day prior to your scheduled arrival.

  • The Guaranteed Reservation Deposit (#2) equals your First Month's Rent - this will be applied to your Full Charge upon arrival.  Arrivals may be postponed up to but not longer than two weeks from the original scheduled arrival date.  If postponement is to be longer than two weeks the reservation is no longer valid, it will be cancelled with no refund.  Once deposits are made and there is a cancellation, the deposits are non-refundable.

SHORT TERM RESERVATION

Any reservation made within 30 days from scheduled arrival requires at least a 10% deposit of the rate to hold the reservation.  This is non-refundable if cancelled.  If reservation is fulfilled this will be applied to rent upon arrival.

If a reservation is cancelled after a deposit is taken the deposit becomes a fee and is non refundable!!

AFTER ARRIVAL

If you choose to pay for your stay using the 3 month rate or the 5 month rate, make very sure you will be staying the duration. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!!!
