January – March 2010---------------$1,600.00 per month

Refundable security deposit due upon arrival.
TWO REGISTERED PERSONS CONSTITUTE AN OCCUPANCY
No Pets or Smokers Allowed!
ADVANCE RESERVATION DEPOSIT (#1):
$250.00 is due to hold a site, when an ADVANCE RESERVATION is made. This is a deposit that will be added to your Guaranteed Deposit when YOU CALL 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation with the remainder of the first months rent. If you do not call or if you cancel, this deposit is not refundable.
TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION/ OR TO CANCEL:
30 DAYS PRIOR TO Scheduled Arrival - “YOU MUST REMEMBER TO CALL”!!!!
If you do not contact us at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to PAY the remainder of your first month’s deposit or to CANCEL, we will automatically delete your RESERVATION on the 29th day prior to your scheduled arrival. All deposits are non-refundable.
GUARANTEED RESERVATION DEPOSIT (#2): equals First Month's Rent
This deposit will be applied to your Full Charge upon arrival. Arrivals may be postponed up to two (2) weeks beyond your scheduled arrival date when staying longer than 1 month or no longer than 4 DAYS for a 1 Month Only reservation. Once a deposit is made and there is a cancellation, the deposits are non-refundable.
SHORT TERM RESERVATION:
Any reservation made within 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date requires at least a deposit of the 1st month to hold the reservation. This deposit will be applied to your Full Charge upon arrival. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled.
REFUND POLICY:
If a RESERVATION IS CANCELLED after a DEPOSIT is taken the deposit becomes a fee and is NOT REFUNDABLE!! NO REFUNDS will be made for EARLY DEPARTURES!!
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A Security Deposit of $350.00 is due Upon Arrival. This deposit is refundable after Departure, if the units are left as clean as it was upon arrival. If after your departure we need to clean or replace items, the current rate of replacement and hourly cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit prior to refund.
PARK MODEL RENTAL UNITS: are fully furnished and include bedding and bath towels.
RENTALS ARE WITH OPTION TO BUY: You may be notified that a walk through for potential buyers may occur with a days advance notice.
We accept: U.S. Funds, Check, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
