Advance Reservation Fee Deposit #1:
$100.00 is due to hold a site, when an ADVANCED RESERVATION is made. This is a deposit that will be added to your Guaranteed Deposit when you CALL 30 days prior to guarantee your scheduled reservation with the remainder of the first months rent. If you do not call or if you cancel this deposit is not refundable.
TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION OR TO CANCEL:
30 DAYS PRIOR to scheduled arrival “YOU MUST REMEMBER TO CALL”!!!
If you do not contact us before or 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to PAY the remainder of your deposit or to CANCEL, we will automatically delete your RESERVATION on the 29th day prior to your scheduled arrival.
The Guaranteed Reservation Deposits equals your first months rent. This will be applied to your Full Charge upon arrival. Arrivals may be postponed up to but no longer than two (2) weeks from the original scheduled arrival date. Once deposits are made and there is a cancellation, the deposits are non-refundable.
SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS:
Any reservation made within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival requires at least a 10% deposit ($10.00 MINIMUM) to hold the reservation. This is non refundable if cancelled. If reservation is fulfilled this will be applied to rent upon arrival.
IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AFTER A DEPOSIT IS TAKEN THE DEPOSIT BECOMES A FEE AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR EARLY DEPARTURE!!!
